“My challenge is that as a digital agency, we have a menu of things we can do for clients, and this means that everything we do is customised to each client.

This makes both the sales cycle and delivery of services longer and unpredictable. It also means that we are often price compared against other agencies, resource heavy and our margins are tight which makes it a real challenge to scale.
